I was living and working locally in Shrewsbury when I reached a point where life looked fine on the outside, but privately I was in a very dark place, as a serving police officer I knew
support existed, but I could not find the kind of local service that answered the question I was asking:
Why do I feel this way, and what will actually help me move forward?
That experience shaped Make Your Life Count and later The Mind Mentor, because I wanted to create a different choice for local professionals, business owners and leaders who are capable, responsible and used to carrying pressure, but know something needs to change.
This is not about repeatedly going over the same issue. It is about understanding what is driving the pattern, making clearer decisions and creating practical change in your life and work.
Based in Shrewsbury, I work with people across Shropshire, Welshpool, Oswestry, Wrexham, Chester and Cheshire, as well as clients online throughout the UK and Internationally both in-person and online.
Finding a professional locally away from the big cities can often be difficult, so when local professionals and business owners are under pressure, the impact rarely stops with them.
It can affect their health, families, teams, decisions and the future of the businesses they have worked hard to build. Creating a different kind of local support, that offers real word solutions, means people can address overthinking, overwhelm, burnout and self-doubt before those patterns begin affecting every part of their life and work.
The wider benefit is stronger people, healthier workplaces and more resilient local businesses. I am passionate about ensure the people and the communities where I live are supported, because when I support them, and they support me, I can help others.
When local people are stronger, local businesses and communities benefit too.
A different local choice for either in-person or online.
Mind Mentoring helps close the gap between where you are and where you want to be through experience, not just theory. Close the gap and choose your local specialist today.
It is a human-led approach that combines neuropsychology, hypnotherapy, subconscious pattern work, emotional insight, practical action and grounded meaning.
As a result you can understand why you feel stuck, build safety around change, and start moving differently.
If you want more confidence, clarity, visibility, self-trust, emotional freedom and stronger self-leadership, this work helps you identify what is really holding you back and take practical steps towards the version of you that no longer needs to hide.
This 60 minute practical course explains the science behind what my clients experience, as well as how that links to the more spiritual side of being a human.
Unlike the webinar, this course gives you real, simple and practical tools to start looking at your situation in a very different and immersive way.
1. Jargon free videos
2. Supportive text to support your learning
3. Audio downloads to practice the techniques
4. Demonstrations with a real client, so you can see the results in real time
5. Whats App Support Group to answer any questions.
Many people say these techniques help them feel calmer, clearer and more in control when practised consistently.
